Press Release Summary: 2008 Economic Stimulus Act Tax Deductions Prove Helpful for
Tier 1 Distributors

Press Release Body: In a recent Modern Materials Handling -- Logistics Management
column, Corinne Kator noted that, "Companies in the right situation can enjoy
significant tax benefits for buying materials handling equipment this year; she
suggests, "If the shaky economy has you putting the brakes on plans to buy new
equipment this year, you may want to put those plans back in motion. Investing in
capital equipment before the end of 2008 could result in significant tax benefits
thanks to the Economic Stimulus Act that Congress passed earlier this year. In
addition to the individual tax refunds we've heard so much about, the stimulus
package also includes two less-publicized provisions that offer businesses increased
tax deductions on purchases they make before the end of the year."

The article continues, "The details of the two provisions are tricky, but the bottom
line, says Michael Cecere, a CPA with the Massachusetts accounting firm Gray, Gray &
Gray, is this: \"If you're thinking about making a large expenditure, 2008 is a good
year to do it.\" Cecere offers the hypothetical example of a company that buys and
installs $500,000 of assets this year and writes off nearly 80% of the purchase at
tax time. In another example, a larger company only qualifies to take advantage of
one of the two tax benefits but is still able to deduct 57% of the cost of its
purchases."

According to Rich Hite, President of QC Software (www.qcsoftware.com), a leading
warehouse control system software firm based in Cincinnati, OH, suggests that Tier 1
distributors should take advantage of the 2008 Economic Stimulus Act offers tax
deductions on equipment purchases, including software.

QC Enterprise is a suite of software products that encompasses all of the tools
necessary to efficiently and economically operate a warehouse or distribution
center.

Traditionally, a Warehouse Control System (WCS) executes instructions provided by an
upper level host system, such as an ERP system or a WMS system. QC Enterprise, on
the other hand, is a true Tier 1 WCS which provides advanced management capabilities
including inventory control, resource scheduling and order management.

QC Enterprise is comprised of 4 tightly integrated modules which provide state of
the art warehousing capabilities and the QC Toolkit to easily configure QC
Enterprise and its modules to fit any warehouse environment.

QC Software is the leading provider of Tier 1 warehouse control systems to the
warehousing and distribution industries. Since 1996, QC Software, utilizing state
of the art technology combined with extensive research, development, and rigorous
testing, has developed the QC Enterprise suite of products. Designed to be modular
in nature, easily configurable, and platform independent, this highly scalable
solution satisfies the needs of any size warehouse.
